Turbo Jam is my favorite of all the Beachbody Workouts! it is very fun and effective. I am sure you will love it.
The program is not available in any stores.
I and my wife got great results with the program and also look forward to my workouts each day that I use it! I had a great opportunity to workout with Chalene live on 2 occasions and that was awesome.
I burn about 700 – 900 calories per 30 – 45 min session. I use the gloves that come with the program to add extra intensity.
