Spinning “As seen on TV”?
Can anyone tell me before I purchase a bike from this site: www.spinningtv.com, if I am buying a quality bike (priced at roughly $700.00)?
I am used to spinning at the gym, but would rather from the comfort of my own home.
If you already have a bicycle, I would just get a stationary trainer to use with your bike for under $200. It would be a lot cheaper and more convenient since your bike is already set up to your liking.
Most trainers come with DVDs to keep your workouts interesting.
Nashbar has a variety of trainers. I don’t know which one works best, but have heard good things about the magnetic trainers.
