have your thoughts on islam changed because of what you see on tv and hear from others?
I’m muslim and i know the never ending battle between sunnis and shiites is ridiculous. i don’t encourage this and neither does any muslim i know. but why do some people judge and assume that all muslims are murderers? not all of us are , sure there are extremists but aren’t extremists in all religions? i believe in defending your religion if someone else is bashing it but i don’t believe that we should kill people who don’t have the same beliefs as us. there are some horrible muslims out there who have killed so many innocent people and i would never stick up for them just because they are muslim.
so all I’m asking is have your thoughts changed because of the media and what they are trying to make us believe? do you really think that islam is a violent religion and all its followers are violent also?
No because islam like any religion has good and bad people. The muslims I have met were all nice, good people. I don’t think the bad ones who murder people are true muslims like people who claim to be christians but murder aren’t true christians same with jews etc. Muslims seem to constantly get criticized and judged because of some terrorists that claim to be muslim! Don’t worry not everyone falls for the medias propaganda.
