RollnGrow flower seed mats — have you ever used them?
Have you ever used those preseeded mats that are usually 10 ft by 7-8 inches? The seeds are already embedded on what looks like a soft type of material. You can cut them to fit planter boxes or put them outside and then just water them. I saw it on a tv commercial and searched the web and found other sites that sell similar ones. But since it’s one of those “as seen on TV” deals, I’m a little skeptical. I realize they probably don’t grow as great as the commercial says, so I’d like your opinions.
I have tried several different ones & they work okay. Never like the pics of course but they do grow. Of course it does depend on the weather. When we are having a decent summer not a drought/ too hot, they do much better. I had only a lil luck with the shade ones but the sunnier ones did better. It is much easier to use & does better in planters than on the ground.
