ONLINE TV PRODUCT

I want to mount my lcd dvd tv on the wall that faces my bed (the wall is about 3ft away from the end of the bed). Would it be advisable to buy a tilt style mount or a fixed one? I´d like it to be as close to the wall as possible but I´m worried that when watching the tv lying in bed (at a lower angle that when sitting in bed) there might be a glare on the screen and not be able to see it properly if I use a fixed mount.

Also, I´m currently looking for a suitable wall mount for the TV (200×200). The depth (without stand) of my tv is 3.4″ (it has a DVD player incorporated in it so it´s a little bit deeper than the average LCD). I´ve seen a tilting mount that I like but it says that it mounts the TV 1.9″ away from the wall. Will I have to look for a mount that mounts the tv at least 3.4″ from the wall so the DVD part will fit in?
