Best Ab Machine The Ab Rocket?
This is one of the latest Ab Rocket reviews where we will look at exactly what it is, how it works and then see the pros and cons. Are the infomercials just hype or is this a good way to get rid of your stomach fat and tone up?
It also said that it would just take 5 minutes a day and give you a back massage at the same time, however is it any good? Here is my Ab Rocket review where we will look at how it works and also look at some pros and cons to see if it worth the money. First how does it work?
How Does it Work?
When you sit on the Ab Rocket there are some cylinders at the back that will take some of the weight and support. It was made for people who get pain in the back and neck area. Which is why they made this support design. There are 3 different settings you can use from beginner to seasoned athlete. Over the weeks as you improve you simply descrease the resistance. After you finish it folds down and you can store it under the bed or out the way. But is it any good?
The Good Points
After using the Ab Rocket it is definitely easier than doing normal sit-ups. If you use it everyday you are going to see an improvement in ab strength and tone. The price is also fairly low to. Around $70. Other home gym’s are much more expensive in comparison. The fact that it is also easy to fold away after use is good so it won’t take up a lot of your floor space.
The Bad Points
The main problem that I didn’t like was that it will not burn off your belly fat. As this was my main problem I returned it. As my main goal was to get good abs that look good this wasn’t going to help much. Just bare in mind that the infomercials are a bit hypy. If you are looking to get a stronger ab region then it is going to help you.
Is There a Better Way to Get Good Abs?
The main problem that most of my members here have is getting rid of the fat that is already on the stomach. The best solution I found came to me by a surprising accident.
