Death Note Manga: Death Eraser?
I’ve seen the Death Note series twice and I decided to read the manga. On the pilot episode I saw that there was a Death Eraser that when you rubbed out someones name in the Death Note with it as long as they were not burned they would return to life.
I am wondering why they never put the Death Eraser into the TV series?
The concept of the Death Eraser was dropped because the author claimed to dislike it as a plot device, so it never made it past the pilot chapter. The official manga and anime series do not include the Death Eraser.
