Engrave it pen?
I need help, I am thinking about buying one of those engraving pens as seen on tv but I need to know if any one has tried to engrave te inside of a ring with it? How neat is it? How deep and clear are the words? Please let me know what kind of rings you engraved also becuse they say depending on the metal it will come out different.
Engraving pens are hard to use on an open surface. It takes a knack to get the “feel” so you can make the engraving look “decent” at best. The angle of the pen would not lend itself to doing the inside of a ring. You would have to be very good to make it look good. Plus, the pen leaves a rough edge that would be very annoying scraping on your finger. My advice is don’t do it. I don’t think you would be happy with the results.
