Abb Workout – You Have Never Known This

If you are looking for some effective abb workout routines and want to lose that pesky belly fat then you have come to the right place. Get your chair, sit down and read because some of this stuff I am sure you have not heard before.

In this article I will tell you some secrets about abb exercises and then I will cover three of the very best routines – the crunches on the stability ball, jackknife on the ball and the reverse crunch. What is extremely good about these is that you can do them from the comfort of your home.

You do not need to go to the gym and use any expensive machines to have a good abb workout. All you need is motivation and discipline. In fact I will show you three of the most effective exercises and you can do them at home.

I know that you have seen the ads on the TV about these electric belts and “lose fat while you sleep”. Well, I have some bad news for you – there is no lazy way to that. For your own sake forget about these and start working out.

But working out alone cannot get you the six-pack you want. In order to lose that flab on top of your abs you will need to change your eating habits.

  1. Crunches on the stability ball. The stability ball offers many ways of working out the whole range of your abs. Begin by slowly rolling down on the ball and cross your hands on your chest. Flex at your torso and hold that position for 3 seconds, then slowly bring your upper body back. Once you get good at that do it with your palms on the back of your head.
  2. Jackknife on the ball. Yet another good abb workout on the stability ball. Get into a pushup position and place the top of your feet and shins on the ball. From this position pull your knees to your chest while rolling the ball slightly toward you. Squeeze your abs as hard as you can at the top. Be careful with that one since it is slightly more advanced than the crunches
  3. Reverse Crunch. What is an abb workout without crunches? Everybody knows them and this is why I will talk about the reverse crunches. Lie on the floor and raise your head and upper shoulders. Put your hands on the back of your head and bend your knees at 90 degrees. Now lift your knees smoothly toward your head and keep your torso as still as possible. Once your knees reach your upper abbs pause and slowly bring them back down. The important thing is to not let them touch the floor.

We have covered two very important topics. Now you know what an effective abb workout is and you also know that exercising alone cannot help you show off your six-pack.

As I have always said you need much more than just working out. You need a good diet to lose that fat around your stomach area. The best resource about that that I have found is www.TummyExercisesTips.com
