Can you make a cheese cake in a brownie pan?
I would like to make a cheese cake in a brownie pan to make little squares to share at a cookie exchange. Is it possible to do a cheese cake without a spring form pan? Just so you know I use the “perfect brownie pan” it truly is amazing as seen on TV….all laughs aside.
If you are using the “perfect brownie pan” I’m sure it would work. Just make sure you insert the cutting thingy before you pour the cheese mix, so it will press into and seal off the graham cracker crust so it doesn’t get soggy.
