Does the belly burner really work?
I’m afraid it’s just another way to part you from your money.
If you want to flatten that belly then you need to do crunches (legs and back raised together), leg raises and sit ups – do alot of reps (as many as you can stand) and take a day off in between to let the muscles heal and reform (otherwise it does nothing).
This doesn’t mean you can pig out though – healthy diet and excercise will get you your goal.
But then again – it’s all free! x
